• Screw down brake, operating a brake caliper onto a disc fitted to rear axle.

Bonnet and superstructure Construction

• Mix of 3mm and 1.6mm laser cut steel, CNC folded. Blank panel on Auto truck radiator for vinyl graphic "Beefy" or customers choice of name.

Seat

• Seat is Ferguson TE20 Tractor seat. The seat can be bolted in left, right or forward facing configuration.

Wheels

• 147.6mm Diameter (5.8in) EN8
• 31.75mm wide (1.25in)
• CNC machined to 7¼" gauge society specification.

Axles

• 30mm diameter EN8 CNC machined steel

Couplings

• Couplings are made with 20 laser cut 6mm steel plates. the bottom coupling pocket provides coupling at the height recommended by 7¼" gauge society guidelines.

Electrical system

• Voltage/fuses - 24volt. 80 amp main fuse
• Disconnects Controller isolation switch on bulkead
• Emergency stop button

Wiring

• Pre-formed and terminated wiring loom.

Finishing

• All panels are powder coated.
• Couplings will require painting after assembly.
• Seat is finished in black.
• Standard livery is green with a white radiator.
• We can powder coat in most colours and an alternative livery with two colours of your own choice is a no-cost option.
