The Hefty
We have developed a bogie version of the Tug loco. The new loco is called "Hefty", which is a fairly apt description as it has some serious steelwork in its construction. The extra weight is distributed between two large bogies each of which are fitted with a 1HP motor. The loco comes with a roof as standard and is powder coated in the customer's choice of colour. At 63inches long it makes a great loco for the garden railway or the club track. Two extra motors can be fitted into the standard bogies to make a 4Hp version.
